Online Order Policies & Procedures
We offer shipping for online purchases via UPS, this includes domestic and international orders.
UPS does not offer shipping to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses. For customers wishing to place an order using one of these address types, we ask that you contact us by phone or email. The shipping options we offer for website purchases are as follows:
UPS 3 – Day
UPS 2 – Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Saver (Express)
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal accounts for payment of online purchases.
Please be advised that orders in which the billing address and the address of the credit card used for payment are different, there will be a delay for verification purposes.
If you are trying to pay by wire transfer or any other means please contact us by phone or email.
If you experience any issues or have any questions regarding the payment process please contact us by phone or email and we will resolve the issues as fast as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must remain as they were at the time of purchase for full refund. Gear must not be dove, damaged, or disassembled. To return or exchange gear contact our staff by phone or email with your request.
Returns can be refunded or retained as in-store credit. All refunds will be returned to the original payment source (PayPal or Credit Card). All sales are final after 30 days and only approved exchanges will be honored.
Exchanges can be made on items of equal or higher value, with in-store credit as a possibility after 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping of both returns and exchanges, to and from Extreme Exposure.
